Greg Dulli & The Twilight Singers came by XRT on Tuesday to play some songs and chat on the radio a bit just a few hours before their show @ Metro, a venue that Greg used to live across the street from. Once we figured out the microphone situation, things went pretty well! One thing about live radio vs. podcasts and videos posted online? Yeah, this happens in real time, so when something goes wrong, it’s out there and there’s nothing you can do about it. Having a band sitting directly in front of you without working mics is #@%$ that I have nightmares about, and on Tuesday that dream came to be!
