Video: Radiohead Perform New Song, “Staircase,” Live In Studio

Photos: RadioheadIt’s no secret that Thom Yorke has been more than inspired by the current dance music evolution sweeping the UK and Europe at the moment (The King of Limbs was chock full of erratic dance rhythms and treated vocals), and the newest song from the Radiohead camp signals a further step in the evolution of pop, rock, and electronica soul music. “Staircase” features Portishead drummer Clive Dreamer assisting on percussion, creating a neo-funk groove drenched in dystopian despair only Radiohead could make danceable.
