Lin Brehmer’s 20th Anniversary Theme Songs

Before the ravages of The Morning Show took its toll
We all have theme songs. Themes songs are the ones that capture who we are. These are the songs that take us out of our body much to the chagrin of those who see how our bodies twitch when they’ve been abandoned. These are the personal songs you don’t need to share, but sometimes you do. With my 20th Anniversary Broadcast sneaking up on us, I wanted to share the most important songs.
Talking Heads-This Must Be The Place. First song I played on Monday, Dec. 30, 1991 at my home away from home.

Congrats, Lin! In another 40 years, they will let you retire to WLIT.
A couple comments:
1. For your first pick, you selected the song that makes my lovely & charming wife, Jenny, cry just about every time she hears it. Wonderful song about love, security and dedication. But you should have posted the official Talking Heads video of the song, awfully cute and matches the song perfectly: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMawfL1lE4k
2. What, no Roches? (“Jerks On The Loose” perhaps?)
Love you forever, Franklin!
