Marker’s Best Sandwich Of The Week (So Far)

Not a P B & J, a P B & L!  On a lobster roll bun!  This is the soon-to-be-famous Pork Belly and Lamb sandwich with feta, cilantro and piperade on a Franks n’ Dawgs lobster roll from Publican Quality Meats on the near west side. (A sandwich from Franks n’ Dawgs may be making an appearance here someday, too)
