Frank Turner is one of the hardest working people in rock. He made time for us this afternoon and it’s pretty valuable; as he let us know he’s performed three shows since midnight with one more to go. There is some perks to being that hard of a worker though.

He mentioned 3/4 of his band is currently on the way to Portland, Oregon but press requirements allowed him to stay back. “We get to sleep in a hotel and take a plane tomorrow…I’ve skipped the longest, nastiest part of the tour so thank you!”

Frank and his mandolin player play their 4th show in 24 hours tonight, it’s their 1,937 show of all time – Frank keeps track.
