Even though Bob Weir just wrapped up a summer tour with Dead & Company, he won’t be slowing down anytime soon.

Weir announced a new solo album titled Blue Mountain, which will mark his first solo record in a decade.

A note on Weir’s website reads, “Rooted in the great American tradition of cowboy songs, ‘Blue Mountain’ features 12 original recordings created with Josh Kaufman, Josh Ritter, Aaron Dressner, Bryce Dessner and Scott Devendorf.”
