By Wendy Rice

I admit that I was a bit nervous to be removed from my alone-in-the-studio comfort zone and onto the Schubas stage on a rainy summer morning, but the anxiety was quickly relieved by the friendly folks who came out for our first-ever Garage Sale.

Proceeds will support the Salvation Army’s Let the Music Begin program, providing music education for children throughout Chicago. The music of 1974 provided the perfect soundtrack for a morning of generosity and good vibes! Big thanks to everyone who joined us, as well as those who bid on auction items online.

Coming up:
September 3 – 1980
September 10 – 1988
