FREDDIE KING – HAVE YOU EVER LOVED A WOMAN Freddie was born September 3, 1934, in Gilmer, a small town east of Dallas, Texas, but he grew up and established himself as a musician on the West Side of Chicago. This song was recorded for Federal Records in Cincinatti in 1960. #


BOBBY RUSH – ME, MYSELF AND I From the soon to be released album, Porcupine Meat. This track features Joe Bonamassa on guitar. *


NICK MOSS AND THE FLIP TOPS – COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS This is the title track from the 2003 release. Nick handles lead guitars and vocals, Kate Moss is on rhythm guitar, Curtis Salgado is on harp, Barrelhouse Chuck on piano, Bob stronger on bass and Willie “Big Eyes” Smith is on drums. Also appearing on this album are Sam Meyers, Anson Funderburgh and others. #


RONNIE EARL AND THE BROADCASTERS – DOUBLE TROUBLE From Ronnie’s very new record, Maxwell Street. Diane Blue on vocals. *


NICK MOSS BAND – CATCH ME I’M FALLING On this song band member Michael Ledbetter wrote the song and handles the vocals.  Next local appearancews by the Nick Moss Band are October 4 at Beer Geeks in Highland, Indiana and October 22 at Buddy Guy’s Legends in Chicago. *#


TAJ MAHAL – LOVIN’ IN MY SWEET BABY’S EYES From Phantom Blues.  The Taj Mahal Trio is playing S.P.A.C.E. in two shows this Thursday evening.


LURRIE BELL – HOLD ME TIGHT From Lurrie’s very new record, Can’t Shake This Feeling. *#
