Is there any better holiday than National Coffee Day?

Various establishments around the Chicagoland area are celebrating the day with free offers, discounts, and charitable donations to celebrate our favorite type of bean. Take a look at a few of the offerings below.

Eataly – Free small drip coffee or espresso at Cafe Lavazza with the purchase of any other item.

Boar’s Head Cafe – Celebrating the grand opening of their new Loop location, the cafe will offer a complimentary small La Colombe drip coffee with the purchase of any food item.

Dunkin Donuts – Medium cup of coffee for 66 cents in celebration of their 66th anniversary.

Krispy Kreme – Free coffee and an original glazed donut at any Krispy Kreme location.

McDonald’s – Free small hot or iced McCafe coffee when you download their app.

Goddess and the Baker – Besides deals on coffee, they may have the best prize of all. The cafe will be raffling off the chance to win free coffee for life!

Stan’s Donuts – Not exactly coffee, but a good perk nonetheless. Get a free glazed donut with the purchase of a Stumptown Nitro Cold Brew.

Peet’s Coffee & Tea – Free medium drip coffee with any food purchase.

Target – Target stores are offering a free tall hot brewed coffee.

Caribou Coffee – The company will donate a free cup of coffee to caregivers and family members at cancer facilities and hospitals across the nation with every coffee purchase.

Starbucks – While they aren’t offering free coffee today, you can do good by purchasing a cup. For every brewed cup of Mexico Chiapas coffee purchased, Starbuck’s will donate a coffee tree to a farmer in need.

Whole Foods – For every coffee product purchased, the company will donate to the Whole Plant Foundation to benefit worldwide poverty alleviation programs.
