A few jaw droppers if you were flipping between baseball and the debate last night: Donald Trump saying he’ll keep us in suspense on whether he’ll accept the results of next month’s election … a prospect Hillary Clinton calls horrifying and Republican Senator Jeff Flake says is ‘beyond the pale.’ … The Republican National Committee spokesman says the party will accept the results of the general election even if their nominee won’t commit … The Cubs won. Their bats came alive — Russell and Rizzo homered — and they tied up the NLCS by beating the Dodgers 10 to 2 … The CTU’s House of Delegates has approved a new four-year contract, which goes to the rank-and-file next week … The legendary co-founder of Chicago’s Chess Records has died. Phil Chess and his brother Leonard were the first to record Muddy Waters, Buddy Guy, Etta James and more at 2120 South Michigan Avenue … An LA jury has found former Bulls star Derrick Rose not liable of gang raping a former girlfriend … The long wait is over for Cleveland … they’re going to the World Series for the first time in 19 years … The Bears play in Green Bay tonight … Cloudy and cooler today, with temperatures in the upper-50s and a slight chance of rain south of the city.
